BEST Writing Test – April 3, 2024

On Wednesday, April 3, all of our students will take the BEST Writing test. We will be following the testing bell schedule on this day. It is not the same testing bell schedule we used in December so please review the times.

Student rosters with assigned testing rooms will be posted throughout the campus as QR codes and linked in myLearning.  On Wednesday morning, students will go directly to their testing rooms.

Journalism Application for 2024-25

The Journalism application is only required for students entering a publication course (Yearbook or Newspaper).

  • High School students new to journalism should sign up for Journalism 1- Foundations of Journalism on your course card & fill out the application to pick your publication course.
    • Returning Journalism students should sign up for Journalism 2 & fill out the application
  • Middle School students new to journalism must take M/J Journalism 1 first before applying for a publication course. You can sign up for M/J Journalism 1 on your course card without completing an application.
    • If you have already taken M/J Journalism 1, you can sign up for M/J Journalism 2 & fill out the application

School Advisory Council (SAC) Information

SAC Meetings are open to all parents, students, staff and community members. We value your input!  All meetings are held at 2:30 p.m. in the AAI Media Center.
