Bright Futures is Florida's premier merit-based scholarship program, helping high school students turn their academic success and service experiences into funding for postsecondary education. Students may qualify for scholarships by meeting specific GPA, coursework, service/work hours, and testing requirements throughout their high school years. Requirements change each year so be sure to look specifically at your graduation year. Check details on the Florida Bright Futures website.
Important note: If you are a senior, be sure to apply for your Bright Future Scholarship between October 1 and August 31 of your graduating year by visiting the Florida Student Scholarship and Grant Programs (Bright Futures) page.
